• Retention of a Stable Field Labor Force. Rather than relying solely on sub-contractors as many modern day construction firms do, BCI employs a team of experienced trades people including equipment operators, concrete & masonry specialists, carpenters, ironworkers, laborers and other specialized trades.
• Proprietary Ownership of Construction Equipment. We own and control equipment vital to the completion of nearly every construction project that we may encounter including site work equipment, compaction equipment, dump trucks and trailers, cranes and rigging equipment, concrete forming systems, scaffolding systems and virtually every small or medium sized piece of equipment or hand tool that a construction project of any size could require.
• Extensive Shop, Warehouse and Yard Facility. We control the maintenance and trucking of our fleet of construction equipment, trucks and other vehicles only footsteps from our office just off I-90 and I-787 in Albany. The result of this in-house capability insures optimal equipment performance at all times, as well as a well managed utilization schedule to insure availability at a moments notice.
