Ducommun is a leading supplier of complex assemblies involving formed sheet metal details serving the defense and commercial aerospace industry.

To comply with budget restrictions, BCI chose a custom pre-engineered building solution, which served to meet the cost challenge, as well as provide a pleasing aesthetic solution for a corporate headquarters facility.

Working side by side with owner, developer and The Green County IDA, BCI provided full design/build services, including the procurement of all required municipal approvals, the architectural and engineering design of the facility and construction.

A leading provider of sheet metal assemblies to the aerospace industry, Ducommun has expanded to this new facility and has added 120 new employees.

Construction of this $3.5 Million facility was completed in six months.
