The former Salvation Army Building, constructed in 1927, with recent renovations performed by BCI, set the stage for the Hollywood Brown Derby. The restaurant occupies the first two floors of the building and includes a new kitchen/serving addition to the existing building.
The existing building’s high ceilings and arched windows on the first floor made a perfect setting for the upscale finishes, plush curved leather dining booths, elegant lighting fixtures and art deco design elements, effectively recreating the 1930’s glamour and sophistication of the original Brown Derby Restaurant.
This $1.5 Million project was completed in less than four months.
